unWINEd this June long weekend with a relaxed afternoon of delicious wines and smooth jazz tunes from John Leigh Calder, all in the comfort of a heated marquee. 

For only $10 a ticket, spend your Sunday listening to this popular Sydney duo whilst you sip on your complimentary glass of wine. 

Pasta dishes from Inbocca catering available to purchase on the day.

Coffee and non-alcoholic drinks will also be available from our Cellar Door.

This June Long Weekend the Calabria family will share their passion for wine, food & family only at Westend. 

Be welcomed on arrival with a complimentary glass of Calabria Prosecco then all aboard for a flight of Westend’s premium Shiraz wines with winemakers, Bill Calabria & Bryan Currie. Enjoy a range of Shiraz wines from the Westend Cool Climate series, 3 Bridges range & our new Barossa Valley Calabria Bros. 

Indulge in a three course Italian lunch, starting off with antipasto board of prosciutto, cheese, sundried tomato & salami and toppa pizza Followed by nonna’s homemade gnocchi napolitano and ending on a sweet note with Italian tiramisu, tea & coffee. All meals are accompanied with our divine award winning wines. 

Be entertained throughout lunch with sweet sounds of Italy by Joe Staltare and join in the traditional Italian dancing experience – the Tarantella! 

Special guest appearance by Peter Forrestal, author of the Annual Wine Guide, Quaff.

Have you ever wondered what happens to wine before it gets to your glass? Berton Vineyard would like to extend an invitation to all you “would-be winemakers” to come along and put together your very own blend from our premium barrels of red from Coonawarra, Eden Valley and Alpine Valleys.

Our winemakers will be there to take you through the process and help you create your “Master Blend”. The winners (as judged by our team of winemakers) will take home a bottle of our icon wine The Bonsai Shiraz. All participants will take a bottle of their blend. The event will be conducted in teams of 2 people.

Join us on Sunday the 10th of June at our cellar door amongst the vineyards at Yarran and uninwed with live acoustic music which we match imported and specialty cheeses with our award winning range of wines.

A beautiful selection of cheese imported from France, Italy and some local salami's will be available to match with wines while you unwined to some relaxed tunes.
